At Avelivora, we are committed to providing a fast, reliable, and transparent shipping experience. All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment network, allowing us to provide efficient delivery throughout the contiguous United States.

Please review the information below to understand our shipping procedures, processing times, delivery estimates, and order management policies.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

We do not currently ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • P.O. Boxes

We reserve the right to update our shipping coverage as our fulfillment network continues to expand.

Shipping Method

We currently offer one shipping option for all eligible orders:

  • Standard Shipping — FREE

No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed at our U.S. fulfillment center before being handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM Eastern Time (EST), Monday through Friday

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day will generally begin processing the same day.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

While most deliveries arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak shopping seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your package has been shipped, a second email containing your tracking number will be sent to service@avelivora.shop.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders that have been paid but have not yet been shipped:

If your order has not entered the shipping process, we will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping address at no additional charge.

Orders that have already been shipped:

Once an order has been dispatched, we are generally unable to modify the shipping address. In such cases, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly if address modification services are available.

Avelivora cannot guarantee successful address changes after an order has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.

If your order has already entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible. If you no longer need the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales taxes are automatically calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination and collected as required by applicable U.S. tax laws.

The final tax amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

Avelivora is not responsible for delays, additional carrier fees, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided during checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears to be missing, or has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you in reaching an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Delays

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unexpected shipping delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or unusually high shipping volumes.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.
