30-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
- Free from damage caused after delivery.
Items that do not meet the above conditions are not eligible for a refund and, if returned, will be shipped back to the customer at the original shipping address.
Returns Due to Customer Preference
If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color, or no longer need the product, your return is considered a customer-responsibility return.
For customer-responsibility returns:
- The item must satisfy the return eligibility requirements.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Any optional expedited shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- No restocking fee or return handling fee will be charged.
Returns Due to Product Issues
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos showing the product and the problem.
After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
- A replacement item.
- A full refund.
- A partial refund, when appropriate.
For approved returns resulting from product defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors, Avelivora will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team within the applicable return period.
Exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returned items.
No exchange fee or restocking fee will be charged.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, you may choose another available product or request a refund instead.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact our customer support team at service@avelivora.shop with your order number and the reason for your request.
Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Securely package the item and send it to our U.S. Returns Center.
Step 4: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the outcome of your refund or exchange request.

Please do not send returned items to our registered business address in China, as doing so may delay processing.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and approved after inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank account or billing statement.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, we recommend:
- Checking your bank account again.
- Reviewing your credit or debit card statement.
- Contacting your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days following our refund confirmation email, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a verified product-quality issue:
- Optional expedited shipping fees selected during checkout.
Avelivora does not charge any restocking fees or exchange processing fees for approved returns and exchanges.
